EAST IDAHO – During the Halloween season mazes and haunted buildings seem to be all over the place, East Idaho is no exception. Here is a list of 12 Halloween activities you can go experience this season, make sure to make time for these because before you know it they will be gone.
1. Squealers Corn Maze
With dead ends, wrong turns and misdirections, make sure you pack your compass and maybe even your tent, because you never know just quite how lost you may get!
2. Boo At The Zoo
1,000 pumpkins, 500,000 lights, light sculptures, tricks, treats, spiders and snakes, games and prizes make for a safe and enjoyable Halloween at the Zoo. Includes a number of trick-or-treat stations for all ages and a costume contest.
3. Dr Slaughter’s House of Terror
One of the largest indoor haunted houses in the United States. It is a non-profit haunted house that helps the local D.A.R.E. organization in Bonneville county. Open every Halloween season.

4. Fear Factory
Price $6 *Proceeds to Christmas Charity and Ed Funds, sponsored by: Lighthouse Montessori Academy

5. Grandstand of Terror
Engineered to make you scream! Blackfoot Community Players will present “Grandstand of Terror,” Oct. 13 through 30 at the Eastern Idaho State Fairgrounds, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., weeknights, 7:30 to 11 p.m. on weekends.
6. Trunk or Treat
Price: FREE *All donations and funds to purchase goodies at the Spooktacular go towards the RMMS Band Program

When: Oct 29th 6pm – 8pm
7. Blackfoot Crazy Train
Newest haunting in Eastern Idaho! Come ‘Experience the Fear’ and meet Rachel Rose. ***DO NOT bring young children, this will cause them nightmares!!***
8. Haunted Mansions of Albion
The terror returns every Fall to bring your worst nightmares to life! Come this year to once again feel that rush as you enter a world where only the only ones who can stay sane are the insane and your nightmares bleed into reality.
9. Haunted Mill of Teton
A family-oriented entertainment attraction for all ages with the common goal of being spooked. This historic flour mill turned into a spook house for all to enjoy.
Help us close out the season with another big party! Put on your Halloween costumes and come to the Zoo for a costume contest, haunted house, games, and more! Cost: Free with admission to the Zoo.
11. Larsen’s Maze
Giant maze that will have you turned around and lost for hours, and the little mazes for the smaller kids to try on their own their own. Larsen’s Maze sits on hundred thirty acres off of the Salem Hwy, four miles North of Rexburg The bales are stacked two high to make it more challenging.
12. Original Straw Maze in Rexburg
Get lost in The Straw Maze for a timeless, Halloween activity this year. Struggle to find your way past sharp corners, dark allies, and monsters!
